All orders placed on Luxewatch.in are final and non-cancellable once processed.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
Luxewatch reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

All sales are final. We follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
Customized or engraved watches, clearance items, and regular purchases cannot be returned or refunded.
In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@luxewatch.in with unboxing images/video as proof. Luxewatch will review the case and provide a suitable solution (repair/replacement) at our discretion.

All Luxewatch watches come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable). Warranty coverage does not include wear & tear, water damage (unless specified), or damage due to misuse.

Luxewatch shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
