3. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy.

Customized or engraved watches, clearance items, and regular purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@luxewatch.in with unboxing images/video as proof. Luxewatch will review the case and provide a suitable solution (repair/replacement) at our discretion.
4. Warranty

All Luxewatch watches come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable). Warranty coverage does not include wear & tear, water damage (unless specified), or damage due to misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxewatch shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
