At Luxewatch, every watch is carefully checked for quality and authenticity before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.

Please Note:

• Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

• Customized or engraved watches, clearance items, and all standard purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@luxevan.in with unboxing images/video proof. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution (replacement/repair) at our discretion.
