No, Luxewatch follows a strict No Return & No Refund policy. Please check product details carefully before placing an order.

Q6: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare case you receive a damaged/defective watch, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@luxewatch.in with unboxing images/video proof. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

Yes, all our watches are 100% genuine and brand-new. We do not sell replicas or fakes.

Q8: Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, most Luxewatch watches come with a manufacturer’s or store warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty details are mentioned in the product description.

Q9: What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, accidental damage, water damage (unless stated as water-resistant), or misuse.
